We're looking for a IT Risk Manager to join our client, a Bank in Latvia
Who we need
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and challenging the controls implemented by the first line of defense and performing routine monitoring of of ICT and information security risks
- Identifying, monitoring, analyzing, measuring, managing, and reporting on ICT and information security risks
- Contributing to independent risk reporting to Banks management and regulatory authorities
- Overseeing operational risk incident and change management processes
- Understanding the regulatory environment and emerging trends to support ICT and information security risk management
- Contributing to other relevant elements of Banks operational risk management framework
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details and quality
- Ability to effectively communicate security concepts and situations to audiences with varying levels of technical fluency.
- Willingness to challenge conventional wisdom and ability to effectively articulate viewpoint
- Ability to both work collaboratively and independently
- Excellent written and spoken English
